Consultations
Booking Policy
Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from our system. Users must provide accurate contact and health information during the registration process.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation price. "No-shows" will be charged the full amount.
Content Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Kostvejledning Aarhus owns the intellectual property rights for all material on kostvejledning.dk, including our specialized health protocols and educational articles. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You must not:
- Republish material from our website for commercial purposes.
- Sell, rent or sub-license shared nutrition plans.
